Safety
At Scandroli Construction Company, our objective is to provide a safe and healthy workplace for all employees. Accident prevention and the safety of our workforce is of the utmost importance. No phase of our operation is considered more important, we are committed to the safety of everyone that steps foot on to our job sites.
Meeting and Planning
Our site superintendent will conduct morning huddle meetings, at a minimum once a week, but usually it is 2 to 3 times a week with foreman from each company on site. These meetings include tasks that need to be completed and identifying any job hazards for completing those tasks. If hazards are identified, then as a team, we discuss how to eliminate the hazard so that work can continue without injury or loss.
Accountability
Each member of Scandroli Construction Company carries responsibility for safety on the job. We can only meet our objective if we have the full support and cooperation of every employee.
The team conducts our own safety audits either weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on the size and scope of the job. These audits can be found in our construction management software program called Procore. At times we will call on a third-party safety consultant to help with the mission of the safest job site possible.

Community Outreach
Boylan Catholic High School
Boylan Central Catholic High School is a private Catholic high school located in Rockford, Illinois, United States. Founded in 1960, Boylan is the only Catholic high school in the city. At the start of the 2010–2011 school year, there were 1187 students enrolled.
Rockford Public Library
The mission of the Rockford Public Library is to educate, inform, entertain, and culturally enrich the people of our community. Parking is available at all RPL locations.
